In the BILANZ telecommunications rating 2009, an independent study of customer satisfaction in the Swiss telecommunications market, cablecom has come out on top as best corporate network carrier overall for the fourth time in five years. Over 1,000 business customers took the time to grade their telecommunications supplier for the tenth year. The rating is therefore a solid indicator of customer satisfaction in the business customer area.

When it comes to corporate networks, cablecom constantly provides companies with the best service in Switzerland. It is rare to reach the top grades on an ongoing basis in the annual ratings. In the fast-moving telecommunications industry a performance like this sustained over years is nothing less than sensational.

The rating is carried out every year by ocha gmbh in cooperation with Berne-based Institute for Business Administration (Institut für Wirtschaft und Verwaltung) (IWV) on behalf of Swiss business magazine BILANZ. The rating is based on the answers of more than 20,000 decision-makers in the world of IT and telecommunications from a wide range of different Swiss companies.
